We pledge to provide exceptional wine and customer service. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We will replace any bottle of wine that is flawed.
If there has been damage to bottles during shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the wine. We cannot accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or upon arrival to your address, or wine that is ordered in error. To ensure our wines are delivered to you in the best possible condition, we will not ship wine if the forecast includes extreme hot or cold weather.
We cannot be held liable for any damage to orders shipped to an address where there is no adult at least 21 years of age to sign for the package. A $30 return fee will be applied to all canceled orders and to all shipments that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive a package within three delivery attempts.
